The last reviewed date on each platform page indicates when the analysis was last updated, not necessarily when the platform last changed its policy. Always verify against the live source document before making decisions.
Enterprise agreements
This directory covers publicly available consumer and developer terms. Enterprise contracts, master service agreements, and data processing addenda negotiated between a platform and a specific customer almost always supersede public policies and may contain materially different terms. Do not use this site to assess risk under an enterprise agreement you have or are negotiating.
Jurisdiction and enforceability
Legal interpretation of policy language varies by jurisdiction. Terms that appear enforceable in one legal system may not be in another. Risk ratings reflect a generalist reading of the plain language of publicly available policies and do not account for local law, court interpretations, or regulatory guidance in your jurisdiction.
